At Inspire, I foster innovation by encouraging collaboration and curiosity across every level of our team. Through our monthly Service Values, WOW stories, and open communication, we create space for ideas that enhance the tenant experience. I believe true innovation happens when hospitality, technology, and human connection come together with purpose.
Beyond Buildings: How do you see innovation in commercial real estate creating a broader impact on communities and the people who live and work in them?
Through the Inspire App, we connect over 40,000 users across multiple cities, creating a network that goes far beyond our buildings. Innovation in real estate means building community, not just spaces. By partnering with local businesses, we expand their reach, support neighborhood growth, and create meaningful connections between people, places, and experiences.
