120 Broadway Adds Multiple Leases Totaling 50K SF

Silverstein Properties has announced multiple new leases at 120 Broadway in the Financial District. Studio Gang plans to occupy half of the 34th floor, a 12,404-square-foot space, relocating from 50 Broad Street by Q2 2024. Golden Goose doubled its space, now occupying 26,627 square feet starting December 2023. Old Mission extended its lease, expanding from 11,173 to 20,023 square feet in Q3 2024.  

“Companies today are looking for well-amenitized spaces in a dynamic neighborhood, and our goal remains to position the building as a top choice for organizations looking to upgrade or grow their presence in New York,” said Joe Artusa, senior vice president of leasing at Silverstein Properties.

Marcus Rayner and Sam Einhorn of Colliers represented Studio Gang, Michael Beyda of Benchmark Properties represented Old Mission Capital, and Howard Simons of Savills represented Golden Goose.
