Hudson Research Center at 619 West 54th Street is a new center for collaboration on Manhattan’s West Side. Offering 150,000 square feet of new research wet labs and office space with all of the infrastructure required for state-of-the-art research facilities, Hudson Research Center is the future of the burgeoning New York City life science cluster.
The initial 15,000 square foot labs are designed by architecture firm Perkins + Will and engineering firm BR+A. The space is outfitted to accommodate up to two tenants with dedicated lab space and private offices for each tenant, along with a variety of shared conference rooms, meeting spaces, café/lounge and open collaborative workspaces.
