Blue-gem LED projections on podium and stainless steel spandrels on entry wall transform natural light into animated bands of iridescent color

Jenny Holzer: Lobby installation
A continuous stream of prose and poetry about the history of New York City scrolls across glowing, 65-ft-wide, 14-ft-high wall

Ken Smith: 7 WTC Park
A 15,000 square foot triangular park located directly opposite the building entrance with fountains, seating and plantings designed to relect the changing colors of the seasons.

Jeff Koons: Balloon Flower (Red)
A mirror-polished stainless steel sculpture permanently featured in the plaza represents a twisted balloon in the shape of a flower, enlarged to monumental scale.
