Location Located at the eastern side of Church Street between Barclay Street and Park Place, the building shares a city block with the Woolworth Building, Cass Gilbert's iconic 1913 skyscraper, and is strategically located one block north of the World Trade Center site in Lower Manhattan. This new, mixed-use development will bridge the revitalized World Trade Center and the established neighborhood of Tribeca.
