River Place II at 610-620 W. 42nd Street in the Clinton section of Manhattan. The new building features a host of amenities, including 24-hour doorman/concierge, on-site indoor parking, and quarter-acre park and dog run.
This building is being constructed through the Inclusionary Affordable Housing Program of the New York City's Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) and Financing provided by New York State Housing Finance Agency's (HFA).
