British menswear retailer Charles Tyrwhitt is expanding. The London-based company recently signed a 10-year lease for 1,750 square feet at 1177 Sixth Ave., between West 45th and West 46th streets. This will be the company's third Manhattan location, following spots on Madison and Seventh Avenues. Jedd Nero and Robert Bonicoro, also of CBRE, represented landlord Silverstein Properties.
