Property Management
The Operations Department is responsible for the management of all Silverstein Properties owned and net-leased properties. The key goals of the Department are to protect and enhance the value of the investments, position the properties competitively in the market place, and to provide secure, safe and first class working environment for all tenants and visitors.
The Operations Department consists of almost 100 team members comprised of individuals with expertise in the fields of management, administration, engineering, and security. Duties include managing the tenant population and insuring proper environment for life and fire safety, security, environmental concerns, compliance of building codes and local laws; preparation and management of budgets; implementation of leases, and the maintenance of good aesthetics inside and around the property.
The Department preserves and enhances the company's investment by implementing required maintenance and repairs of all in-building infrastructures including the elevators, HVAC, water, steam and electrical systems. Furthermore, the Department works with partners, investors, real estate organizations, labor unions, federal and state law enforcement, police and fire departments.
