Silverstein Properties, Inc. (SPI) has developed more than 12 million square feet of space including Class-A office buildings, luxury residential properties, hotels, suburban office centers, shopping centers, and build-to-suit projects for the U.S. Government.
Current Developments
- 2, 3 and 4 World Trade Center: 8.5 million square feet of office space and 550,00 square feet of interconnected and contiguous first-class retail with access to Transportation Hub. This $20 billion dollar project requires an on-going partnership with the Port Authority of NY/NY, as well as 18 other government agencies. All projects will achieve LEED-Gold Status. 4 WTC will be the first to open in 2013.
- Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort: A 444-room luxury resort in Walt Disney World Resort. It is the largest Four Seasons resort in the world. Construction begins in December 2011, with an opening by 2014.
- Four Seasons Downtown New York Hotel and Luxury Residences: An 80-story luxury hotel and residences. Designed by Robert A.M. Stern, the 186-key hotel and 153 condominium units will be built to achieve LEED Silver certification. Opening expected by mid-2015.
