Current Developments

The firm has $8 billion of development in the pipeline development on high-profile projects in New York City.

  • Three new skyscrapers at the World Trade Center
    6.2 million square feet of office space and a half million square feet of interconnected and contiguous first-class retail with access to Transportation Hub. This $20 billion dollar project requires an on-going partnership with the Port Authority of NY/NY, as well as 18 other government agencies. Silverstein Properties is developing approximately 500,000 square feet of retail space above and below street level in Towers 2, 3 and 4. All projects will achieve LEED-Gold Status.

  • Four Seasons Hotel and Residences, Downtown
    An 80-story hotel and residences and at 912 feet, will be the tallest residential tower in the city. With 190 key hotel and 143 condominium units, the project is being designed to LEED Silver certified rating.

  • Silver Towers at River Place, Midtown
    With over 1,350 units, it is the largest rental project currently in development in the city. It is the companion to River Place I and both luxury buildings have affordable housing components.
