Executive Team

As Development Manager for Silverstein Properties, Richard McKinley is responsible for all aspects of Design, Construction, Cost Reporting, Sales and Marketing on behalf of Silverstein's efforts to build the LEED Silver certified rating Four Seasons Hotel and Residence in Lower Manhattan.  Mr. McKinley also coordinates the efforts of colleagues involved in Financing, Project Accounting and Risk Management.

Prior to joining Silverstein Properties, Mr. McKinley was a Project Manager for Millennium Partners, a nationally recognized Real Estate company where Mr. McKinley worked on a diverse range of high profile large scale projects including The Four Seasons Miami and The Ritz Carlton Battery Park City. Mr. McKinley was primarily responsible for managing the Design and Construction of these hotels and other residential and commercial projects in Manhattan.

Mr. McKinley started his career as a Construction Manager at Bovis Lend Lease, one of the world's leading project management and construction companies. Mr. McKinley served as project manager on residential, commercial and institutional projects in NYC, London and Barcelona Mr. McKinley received a B.S in Civil Engineering from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio in 1985.
