Executive Team

Nick D'Angelo is Senior Vice President of Acquisitions.  Mr. D'Angelo has been with Silverstein Properties since 1982 and is responsible for the sourcing, underwriting and due diligence efforts for all acquisitions, dispositions and financing efforts for the firm.     

During his career at Silverstein, Mr. D'Angelo has been involved with over $6 billion of transactions encompassing over 20 million square feet of commercial and residential real estate. Some of the project transactions he has been involved in are 7 World Trade Center, 120 Broadway, 140 Broadway, 120 Wall Street, 521 Fifth  Avenue, 530 Fifth Avenue, 1177 Avenue of the Americas, 575 Lexington Avenue, 99 Church Street and the 99-year net lease of the World Trade Center complex. Prior to joining Silverstein he was a Vice President at Cross & Brown Company. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Real Estate from Baruch College and an MBA in Finance from Long Island University.
