Michael L. Levy, CPA
President, Metro Fund LLC
Michael Levy joined Silverstein Properties, Inc. as Chief Financial Officer in 1997 and has been promoted to President of Metro Fund LLC, the joint venture between SPI and CalSTRS, the second largest U.S. public pension fund.
Prior to joining the company, Mr. Levy was a senior tax partner at the accounting firm of Friedman Alpren & Green LLP, where he worked for over 20 years.
He is a member of both the American Institute and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a member of the finance committee of a not-for-profit organization, and has served on various tax committees.
