Executive Team

Debra Hudnell joined Silverstein Properties, Inc. in 1981. She is responsible for Human Resources policies and programs for the entire company and its employees covering a range of issues including: recruitment, training, development, employee relations, turnover management, culture design and management, performance review management, compensation, benefits design and management, and legal compliance. 

Ms. Hudnell develops and oversees Human Resources practices that provide a balanced program throughout all the company's departments and properties. She also assists and advises senior management on Human Resources issues.

Ms. Hudnell is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the National Association for Female Executives (NAFE).

Ms. Hudnell lives in Brooklyn with her husband and two children.
