Silverstein Properties, one of New York City’s leading real estate development and management companies, today announced that health and wellness concept Hydra Studios has signed a retail lease occupying a portion of 120 Wall Street in Downtown Manhattan.

Currently located within Convene at 530 Fifth Avenue in Midtown, Hydra Studios is slated to open its first standalone location on the ground floor of 120 Wall Street in Lower Manhattan. Hydra Studios move showcases the steady influx of hospitality and service providers to Downtown Manhattan’s bustling atmosphere.
